Caldwell County blistered the nets from long range and ran past Fulton City 82-36 Thursday afternoon in the West Kentucky Hoops Classic at the CAB gym in Princeton.
The Tigers (8-3) were 12 of 23 from behind the arc, shooting 52.2 percent from 3-point distance.
Caldwell, which has won eight of its last nine games, forced a running clock by halftime, highlighted by a 28-footer by Tripp Branch at the buzzer. That sent the Tigers to the locker room with a 52-15 advantage.
Fulton (2-9) led only at 2-0 before a 23-2 run put Caldwell in charge.
Tiger senior Derrin Boyd hit three 3-pointers during the early blitz and had 11 of his game-high 17 points in the opening stanza.
With a second game coming later in the day against Brighton, Tenn., Caldwell used its bench extensively in the second half while finishing off the 46-point triumph.
Branch added 13 points and seven rebounds for Caldwell while Jude East totaled 12 points and seven boards.
Caldwell shot 51.7 percent from the field overall, making 30 of 58 attempts. Fulton, meanwhile, shot just 29.5 percent, hitting 13 of 44 shots.
Sophomore Amire Hobbs led the Bulldogs with 11 points.
Besides playing Brighton in the final game of the day on Thursday, the Tigers will also play the last contest of the West Kentucky Hoops Classic on Friday, facing Clarksville Northeast at 8 p.m.
