The possibility of playing college softball appeared to Logan Darnall last year. She made that possibility a reality Monday when she signed to continue her softball career at Rend Lake College in Illinois.
Darnall was an All-District and All-Region selection as a junior after hitting .384 with a home run and 11 RBIs in 2018. She had five extra base hits and scored 21 runs for the Lady Wildcats.
She is a career .346 hitter with 11 extra base hits and 27 RBIs. She has 18 career stolen bases and an on-base percentage of .421.
Darnall has played a variety of positions in her Trigg career and settled at shortstop last year.
She is the third Lady Wildcat senior to sign with a college.
