Christian County’s Kenyon Drayton was one of four Colonel seniors to make their college plans official on Tuesday, signing to play football at Georgetown College in Kentucky. Drayton and teammate Zadae Jones-Wilson both committed their futures to the Tigers, who play in the Mid-South Conference at the NAIA level and finished 7-3 last season.
During his time as a Colonel, the 6’1″ 185 lb. linebacker helped the program to a 33-15 record. He racked up 115 total tackles, 52 solo, and 9 for a loss. He also recorded 4 sacks, recovered 4 fumbles, and forced one.
After making things official with the Tigers, Drayton talked about his commitment.
