The Trigg County Lady Wildcats made their first appearance in the 2nd Region tournament since the 2008/09 season on Wednesday night, falling 68-27 to Henderson County at Crittenden County’s Rocket Arena. The Lady Wildcats finish the season at 16-16, a 7-win improvement on last season’s total, while bringing the 5th-District title back to Cadiz for the first time in a decade.
