Lyon County 8th grader Cathryn Brown got her first taste of the 2nd Region tournament on Thursday night, helping the Lady Lyons give Christian County a scare before ultimately falling 50-39.
Afterward, Brown talked about the Lady Lyons’ effort to control tempo and keep the Lady Colonels off the foul line, and how they survived lone-senior Allison Murphy’s first-half foul trouble.
