Christian County post player Trinity McGee turned in a double-double performance with 15 points and 10 rebounds to help the Lady Colonels to a 50-39 victory over Lyon County in the 2nd Region quarterfinals on Thursday night. McGee highlighted her performance with a couple of third-quarter 3-pointers, bringing normally stoic head coach Kiki Radford off the bench with excitement.
After the game, McGee discussed the Lady Colonels’ slow start and the added dimension to her game.
