UHA junior golfer Weston Wood picked up two match play wins over the weekend. Wood was participating in the Kentucky PGA Junior Tour match play event at Quail Chase Golf Club in Louisville.
Wood’s opening match in the Nicklaus Bracket of the event was against Cole Corley, of Brandenburg. Wood took the match 2 up.
His second match of the weekend was against Benjamin Harris, of Scottsville. Wood took that match by the score of 7 & 5.
Wood will return to Louisville this weekend for the championship match of the Nichlaus Bracket. Wood will face Ian Petersime, of Hebron.
