After posting a personal record in the 100M last season, Fort Campbell’s Jahlyn Mincey had seen her times slow down since, but after some adjustments to her training, Mincey is beginning to see improvement, culminating in a first-place run at the Toyota of Hopkinsville Invitational on Saturday.
Afterward, Mincey talked about adding endurance training to her preparation, and revealed her goal for the season.
