Another Christian County High School athlete has made the decision as to where he will continue his education and athletic career. In a tweet Tuesday afternoon, Christian County senior Fred Tandy announced that he would be attending Spalding University.
Tandy averaged 11.7 points per game and 4.8 rebounds per game for the Colonels during the 2018-2019. He helped lead Christian County to the region tournament, where they lost to region champions Madisonville in the first round.
Spalding University, which is located in Louisville, is an NCAA Division III school playing in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. Other institutions include: Blackburn College, Eureka College, Fontbonne University, Greenville University, Iowa Wesleyan, Macmurray College, Principia College, Webster University, and Westminster College.
