T.C. Carter Nominated for Outstanding Official of the Year

Terry (T.C.) Carter, seen here umpiring a game at Christian County, has been nominated for KHSAA Baseball Official of the Year.

A Second Region baseball umpire has been nominated for the KHSAA Outstanding Official of the Year for his dedication and service.

Terry Carter of Madisonville was one of three nominees for baseball, joining Robert Bauer of Cave City and Carl Johnson of Metropolis, Ill.

The KHSAA will recognize the top officials in each sport on April 28 at the annual Officials Recognition Banquet in Lexington.
