Lawson Ashby was among the leading scorers for Heritage Christian Academy the past two seasons, but it was his versatility and ability to play multiple positions that drew Freed-Hardeman Coach Jason Elliott into looking at his game more in-depth before recruiting him to the Tennessee school to play soccer.
