The Hopkinsville softball team ended regular-season play with a 15-4 loss to visiting Russellville on Thursday night, marking the last time seniors Nadia Clayton and Sabrina Hodge will play in front of their home fans. But Clayton did provide a bright spot for the Lady Tigers, punctuating her final home appearance with a two-run blast in the fifth inning.
Afterward, Clayton talked about her eighth home run of the season and looked forward to Monday’s 8th-District match-up with UHA.
