Jaquavion Mimms led the Todd County Central football team in rushing and tackles during his senior season, racking up 889 yards and 5 touchdowns while also collecting 66 defensive stops. At a ceremony on Thursday, Mimms signed to continue his football and academic careers at Vermilion Community College in Ely, Minnesota, joining teammate Dalton Ellis in becoming a Ironman.
After making it official with the NJCAA D3 school, Mimms talked about how his commitment came about and what he’ll remember most about his time as a Rebel football player.
