Hopkinsville High School is the 2019 2nd Region baseball champion.
The Tigers knocked off Caldwell County 9-5 Thursday night in the regional title contest, which was moved to Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green.
Hoptown (21-13) will return to Nick Denes Field on Saturday for a 4 p.m. sectional game against McCracken County (30-7), which won the 1st Region this week.
