Hopkinsville junior James Folz finished 22nd at the Kentucky Junior PGA Championship Tuesday at Harmony Landing Golf Course in Goshen.
Folz had back-to-back rounds of 80 on the par-71 course. His best nine holes came on the front nine of the first day when she shot a 2-over 35.
Louisville’s Andrew Flynn won the event in a playoff after shooting 2-over.
The Junior PGA Championship is an invitation only event. Folz finished the summer with 180 points on the tour, which earned him a 12th place finish.
