Weston Wood wrapped up play on the Kentucky Junior PGA Tour with a 16th place finish at the Tour Championship Tuesday at Harmony Landing in Goshen.
The University Heights Academy senior shot a 9-over 70 in the first round Monday. He came back Tuesday with a 5-over 76 to finish at 14-over for the two days.
Wood, who shot 7-over on the back nine Monday, found his consistent stroke there Tuesday and finished at 1-over, including a birdie on the par-5 12th hole.
Louisville’s Andrew Flynn won the event in a playoff after shooting 2-over.
The Junior PGA Championship is an invitation only event.
