Senior defender Anna King is one of a large group of returnees looking to restore the Hopkinsville girls’ soccer team to the top of the 8th District in 2019. King and her Lady Tiger teammates concluded a strong preseason, that included a tie with Male, with a 9-0 win over Mayfield at the Paducah Tilghman Jamboree on Friday.
After the game, King took time to talk about the Lady Tigers’ preseason and look ahead to the season that starts August 13 with a visit from South Warren.
