The young Hopkinsville Lady Tigers opened their 2019 volleyball season with a respectable performance at the Apollo Summer Slam Friday and Saturday. The Lady Tigers went 2-3 in the event, and were a play or two away from having another win in their loss to Paducah Tilghman. Senior Chandler Adams spoke with YSE after the Lady Tigers closed out their appearance with a straight set win over McLean County.
