LaGrange scored the first two tallies of the night and had her hat trick by halftime as Madisonville built a 4-0 lead by the break.
Kensley Zieba also scored on a first half penalty kick.
Lillie Knight and Lillie Carman added second-half goals for the Lady Maroons, who took the district opener for both teams.
Madisonville also won the JV game 2-0.
The Lady Maroons can wrap up the No. 1 seed for the district tournament — and a berth in the 2nd Region tourney — when they host Hopkins County Central on Thursday.
Caldwell (3-2), which will host the 7th District tournament in October, plays at home again on Thursday against Graves County.
