The Hoptown Hoppers presented a check for $2,500 Thursday to the Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County to assist in their remodeling efforts.
The throwback 1936 Hopper uniforms were sponsored by All Kleen Services and AKS Flooring and Design Center and were auctioned off during the season. It is the fourth straight season they have sponsored the jerseys for the auction.
General Manager Ted Jatczak said the Hoppers have raised over $10,000 through the years for local causes.
