Caldwell County built a 21-0 lead after one quarter and took a 43-7 lead to halftime while beating Owensboro Apollo 43-21 Friday night in Princeton.
Caldwell improved to 2-0 on the season while knocking off the Eagles in the first-ever meeting on the gridiron between the two teams.
The Tigers will travel to Hopkinsville next week.
