Jiles Wyatt of University Heights Academy played well on Saturday at the Christian County Invitational at Western Hills Golf Course in Hopkinsville.
Wyatt fired a 1-over 73 through 18 holes, good enough to put him in a playoff with Paducah St. Mary’s Rocco Zakutney for the tourney championship.
Zakutney won the tourney for the second straight year on the second playoff hole, but it was still a strong showing for Wyatt, who spoke with YourSportsEdge.com following the playoff.
