Former Caldwell County running back Jaylen Boyd had a big day receiving for Lindsey Wilson College on Saturday.
Boyd and the Blue Raiders improved to 4-0 by rolling up a 73-29 win over Warner University in Lakeland, Fla.
Boyd finished the day with three catches for a career-best 135 receiving yards. In the first quarter alone, Boyd caught a 60-yard touchdown pass and a 76-yard touchdown catch.
Boyd ran the ball just three times for five yards in the contest.
Lindsey Wilson, ranked No. 12 in NAIA football, returns to action at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 3, as the Blue Raiders travel to No. 18-ranked Bethel (Tenn.) in McKenzie, Tenn.
