Caldwell County will host the boys’ and girls’ 7th District soccer tournaments Oct. 7-8 at Butler Stadium in Princeton.
Girls will play each day at 5:30 p.m. with the guys at 7:30.
The seeds are the same for both tournaments. Madisonville-North Hopkins owns the No. 1 seeds. Caldwell County is seeded second with Hopkins County Central third.
Monday, Oct. 7, will be a Caldwell-Central doubleheader. The winners will advance to face Madisonville in the championship matches on Tuesday, Oct. 8.
As the No. 1 seeds, Madisonville’s squads have already earned a berth in the boys’ and girls’ 2nd Region soccer tournaments, which will be played the following week.
