Grayden Miller scored two goals but Caldwell County dropped its regular-season soccer finale 5-3 at Russellville on Thursday.
Josh Hagan also scored on a penalty kick for the Tigers, who will carry a 4-11-1 into postseason play.
Russellville (10-9-1) got a hat trick from Avery Flener, who also had two assists. Dustin Brown added two goals and two assists while Dalton Gilbert had an assist.
Nathan Cates had 11 saves for the Panthers.
Caldwell will host the 7th District tournament starting Monday at Butler Stadium in Princeton. The Tigers will take on Hopkins County Central in a semifinal contest that day.
