With Caldwell County nursing a 35-34 lead and trying to keep a drive alive, junior Tate VanHooser outleaped two Murray defenders to haul in a catch and run for a first down in Friday night’s district game.
Caldwell would go on to score a touchdown on the series with just 2:16 left in the game to stretch its advantage to 42-34. Caldwell held on for a 42-40 victory.
VanHooser’s catch-and-run earned him this Max’s Moment as called by WPKY Radio’s Dennis Stephens.
