Henderson County became the first team to punch its ticket to the semifinal round of the 2nd Region volleyball tournament, beating Livingston Central 3-0 Monday night in Madisonville.
The four-time defending champion Lady Colonels took care of the Lady Cardinals 25-10, 25-7, 25-11 in first round action.
The semifinals are Wednesday night at Madisonville-North Hopkins High School.
