Caldwell County and Trigg County made a run at putting up 139 points in the 139 Bowl, but had to settle for a 56-54 Tiger decision Friday night at Perdue Field in Cadiz.
Caldwell finishes the regular season at 8-2 and will host Murray next week in the first round of the Class 2A playoffs.
Trigg will carry a 6-4 mark into the Class 3A playoffs and will host Union County in a first round matchup.
