Caldwell County began their wrestling season by sweeping a pair of matches at Calloway County Thursday. The Tigers beat Trigg County 46-24 and Calloway County 51-14.
Wrestlers who picked up wins against Trigg County were Collin Teutsch (106), Coty Harris (113), Riley Johnson (120), Dylan Walls (132), Blane Hicks (138), Eathan Newsom (145), Colin Walls (160), and Cole Sherrill (182).
Caldwell County will wrestle in the West Creek Invitational Saturday in Clarksville.
