Two Fort Campbell wrestlers reached the championship match in their weight class over the weekend, while another pulled in a third place finish, at the Bruise Brother Brawl in Springfield, Tennessee. A total of 15 schools from Kentucky, Tennessee, and Georgia were on hand to participate in the event.
For the Falcons, in the 138-lb class, Nevin Beagle went 2-1 on the day, losing in the championship match to Jayden Williams, of Greenbriar.
Brock Sharp, in the 120-lb class went 2-1. His only loss coming in the championship match to Logan Eckert, of Sycamore.
Katie Guevera-Maldonado ended up 2-2 for the tournament. She would lose to Dillon Stayer, of Anderson County in the 3rd place match.
