Trigg County wrapped up play in the Martin Lion’s Christmas Tournament with a 57-47 win over Greenfield, Tenn.
The Wildcats put four players in double figures, led by Jordan Miles’ 16 points. He hit half of Trigg’s six 3-pointers in the game.
Jakobe Bridges added 13 points, and Kendric Adams had 12 points and nine rebounds.
Trigg held a slight 26-25 lead at halftime but used a 15-8 third quarter run to take an eight-point lead. The Wildcats hit 6-of-9 free throws in the fourth quarter to hold off the Jackets’ rally.
Jacob Floyd led Greenfield (0-13) with 26 points.
Trigg County snapped a six-game losing streak with the win. The Wildcats will host Livingston Central Friday at Wildcat Gym.
