Caldwell’s McConnell Reaches 1,000-Point Milestone

Caldwell County’s Bella McConnell scored 23 points Saturday and became the 20^th Lady Tiger to score 1,000 points in her basketball career.

The senior enters 2020 with 1,010 career points, good enough for No. 19 on the Lady Tigers’ all-time scoring list.  She is averaging 12.1 points per game for Caldwell County.  McConnell is also closing in on 700 rebounds for her Lady Tiger career.

Jacey Jaggers has 934 career points and will likely join the 1,000-point club in January.
