There may be no player in the Fifth District more improved in the past 12 months than Marleigh Reynolds. The Trigg County sophomore is seeing her work pay off on the floor, resulting in MVP honors at the Lady Warrior Classic over the weekend after scoring 58 points and grabbing 39 rebounds in four games.
Reynolds’ improved game can be traced to two places — the gym and the driveway. Marleigh not only credits the coaching received in the gym, but also the work put in with her mother, Tara Tandy Reynolds, who played basketball at Christian County.
