Cager Facilitating Top-Scoring NAIA Team in the Nation

Q Cager is part of the top scoring team in NAIA Division I and has a big hand in facilitating the high-scoring offense.

William Penn is ranked fifth in the latest NAIA Division I Coaches’ Poll.

In their last win, a 113-84 victory over Evangel, Cager scored 18 points and handed out seven assists.  For the season, Cager is third on the team in scoring (12.7 ppg.) and third in assists (3.5 apg.).  He is shooting 53-percent from the field and 60-percent at the free throw line for the Statesmen, who lead NAIA Division I schools in scoring at 107 points a game.

The former Hopkinsville High standout is a junior majoring in Wellness and Recreation.

William Penn, located in Oskaloosa, Iowa, is 12-1 overall and 3-1 in conference play.
