Turnovers and missed free throws were costing Caldwell County ballgames earlier this season.
On Friday, the Tigers were 21 of 25 at the charity stripe and took care of the ball down the stretch in a 63-57 win over Carlisle County.
Caldwell head coach Daniel Kukahiko says his team did the little things necessary to win the ballgame.
The Tigers return to action on Tuesday when they host 7th District foe Hopkins County Central.
