It was the closest game for the Fort Campbell Lady Falcons since a ten point loss to Trigg County nearly three years ago. The Lady Falcons put up a battle, before falling to Pleasant View Christian 35-26 Tuesday night.

The Lady Falcon defense kept them in the game all night long. Fort Campbell held Pleasant View to just 8 points in the opening quarter. However, the Lady Falcons had their struggles from the field as they would trail 8-4 after the first eight minutes.

The second quarter would be more of the same story. Fort Campbell gave up only ten points, but could manage only six of their own, as the Lady Falcons went to the break trailing 18-10.

The third quarter turned out to be a carbon copy of the first quarter. The Lady Falcons limited Pleasant View to just eight points, but could manage just two field goals of their own, as the Pleasant View lead grew to 26-14.

The Lady Falcons had their best quarter of the night to end the game, but by that point the deficit was too much to battle back from as Pleasant View went on to take the nine point victory.

Fort Campbell was led by Asia Cabili, who finished the game with 10 points. Danielle Houston added four points for the Lady Falcons.

Meg Gates was the leading scorer for Pleasant View Christian with 7 points.
