Former Christian County standout Taiveyhon Mason continues to light it up for Campbellsville University. The junior connected for 22 points Thursday night as the Tigers picked up a big 72-66 Mid-South Conference win over #4 Pikeville.
In 35 minutes of action, Mason went 7-18 from the field, including 2-8 from behind the 3-point line. He also knocked down 6 of 8 free throws.
Scoring was just a part of Mason’s game Thursday night. He added 6 rebounds, 8 assists, two steals and one block.
Mason is now averaging 13.9 points and 4.2 rebounds on the season for Campbellsville, which is now 13-5 overall, and 3-1 in the conference.
