The Lyon County girls’ basketball team entered Friday night’s Homecoming matchup with visiting Livingston Central on a three-game losing streak, but the Lady Lyons built an early double-digit lead on the way to a 55-42 victory over the Lady Cardinals.
Rose Smith led the Lady Lyon attack with 20 points and afterward she said a focus on rebounding in practice paid off in the win.
