Christian County, fielding primarily a junior varsity team, took eighth place at the Calloway County Invitational Saturday. Three Colonel wrestlers finished in the top three.
Dion Wills won the 220-pound class with a perfect 4-0 record in match competition.
Landon Brumfield finished third at 145 with a 4-1 record on the day. His only loss came to Calloway County’s Ethan Futrell, who won the class.
Charles Driskill also finished in third place at 195.
Caleb Anderson finished fourth in the 160-pound class. He was 4-1 in pool play.
