Zlatko Skuljan was on his way to another state wrestling tournament appearance in 2019 until an untimely disqualification at the region tournament cost him his bid. Now, the Hopkinsville High senior is wrestling with a chip on his shoulder as he not only looks to win Wednesday’s City/County Championships but get back to the state tournament.
