After losing their first two games of the baseball season at Bethel University Saturday, Brescia rebounded Sunday to get a doubleheader sweep of the Wildcats. Former Christian County Colonel Eric Silvy got the save for the Bearcats in their 4-2 win in Sunday’s opener. Silvy pitched three innings, allowing just one hit and one run.
After taking some off after high school, Silvy says he is back and recharged to play baseball at the college level.
