Carlos Robles scored a career-high 26 points, but it wasn’t enough for Heritage Christian Academy as they dropped a 70-62 decision Monday to Northside Baptist of Mayfield.
HCA led 20-16 after one quarter and 35-32 at halftime. Northside Baptist outscored Heritage 38-27 in the second half.
HCA hit 12-of-19 free throws in the first half but attempted only two in the second half, hitting one. Northside hit 6-of-10 free throws in the fourth quarter to seal the win.
Derek Wadlington joined Robles in double figures with 11 points.
Heritage will play at Oak Ridge Christian Thursday in a KCAA Region 1 contest.
