Suffering through a three-game losing run, it seems all the Todd County Central boys’ basketball team needed was a change of scenery, with a trip across state lines yielding a 47-41 victory over hosts Montgomery Central, TN on Tuesday night.
Sophomore Preston Moore, also known around Elkton as “PPM” (just ask him), led the Rebels with 12 points, including 8 in the fourth quarter. Afterward, he revealed Coach Dennis Pardue’s halftime instructions and talked about how the Rebels tried to slow down the Indians’ Isaac Rankhorn.
