Hopkinsville’s Conner Lackey joined three other Tiger football players in making their college plans official Wednesday at Tiger Gym. After both he and his brother, Hayden, signed with the Union College Bulldogs, Conner talked about his decision and the emotion of sharing the stage with his teammates.
