Caldwell County’s girls struggled at 1st Region contender McCracken County on Tuesday, dropping a 68-32 decision.
The Lady Mustangs (20-9) led 22-11 after one quarter and 45-18 at halftime on the way to reaching the 20-win mark for just the second time in school history.
Destiny Thomas had 15 points and Marlee Morehead added 10 for the Lady Mustangs.
Caldwell got eight points from Bella McConnell and seven from Morgan McDaniels.
The Lady Tigers, now 14-13, can secure a winning season with a victory Friday night when they host Livingston Central for Senior Night at the CAB gym in Princeton.
