The Fort Campbell Lady Falcons had their 2nd highest offensive output of the season Friday night, and highest since the season opener, still it was not enough for the Lady Falcons to get their first win of the season. Offensive struggles at the beginning of each half was too much for Fort Campbell to overcome, as the Lady Falcons fell to Community Christian 52-32 on Senior Night.

Community Christian limited Fort Campbell to four points in the first quarter and just three points in the third quarter, and that would turn out to be the difference in the game.

Community Christian led 10-4 after the opening quarter. That lead would grow to 26-16 as the teams left the floor at the half.

Community Christian then effectively sealed the win in the third quarter, as they blew the lead out to 45-19. They would then cruise on out to finish with the 20 point win.

Asia Cabili led Fort Campbell with 17 points. Marissa Cole was the only other Lady Falcon to reach double figures with 10 points.

Alaya Murphy topped the scoring chart for Community Christian with 20 points. Sarah Rogers also reached double figures with 11.

The loss drops Fort Campbell to 0-22 on the season. They will wrap up the regular season on the road at Todd County Central Saturday afternoon.
