Versatility helped get Isabella Alexander get on the soccer field as a freshman. It has now gotten the Trigg County senior into college.
Alexander signed her letter Tuesday to continue her athletic and academic career at Lindsey Wilson College in Columbia.
Alexander’s speed and aggressive style of play made her a perfect fit to play defense in her first three seasons with the Lady Wildcats. Injuries limited her time on the field her senior season, but she was moved up front and scored three goals and added three assists in nine games. She was named to the All-District Team as a junior and senior.
Lindsey Wilson finished the 2019 season nationally ranked in the NAIA with a 16-4-1 record. The Blue Raiders have a varsity and junior varsity program.
