The Hopkinsville Lady Tigers picked up the 8th District championship with a 50-48 win over the Christian County Lady Colonels Thursday night. The Lady Tigers saw a 13 point lead get away, and then had to rally from a 4 point deficit in the final two minutes. Coach Anthony Babb says he likes the way his team persevered.
