Trigg County’s 1995 state champion track and field team will be recognized by the KHSAA at this year’s State Track and Field Meet in Lexington.
The KHSAA recognizes past state championship teams at their sport’s respective state tournament on a special anniversary of their title.
The 1995 state champion track team was the fifth for a Trigg boys’ team and the last state track and field title for the school.
The team will be honored on Friday, June 5 at the KHSAA State Track and Field Meet at the University of Kentucky.
