Tandy Returning to the NFL as Assistant Coach

Keith Tandy is returning to the NFL, this time as an assistant coach.  Greg Auman of TheAthletic.com reported that Tandy will serve as a special teams assistant coach for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Tandy played six seasons with Tampa Bay and one season with the Atlanta Falcons in 2018.  He was slated to serve as a graduate assistant coach this upcoming season at West Virginia, his alma mater.

The former Christian County Colonel was a sixth-round choice of the Bucs in the 2012 NFL Draft.  He made 179 tackles and had eight interceptions during his career.  He was a special teams standout in his final years in the NFL.
